The Delsere's Magnum Opus set was an interesting way to try to bring a new playstyle to Diablo III's Wizard, and it did so by attempting to strengthen an under-utilized skill in Slow Time. Unfortunately, the set was fairly weak overall, and couldn't compete with other available options.

Fortunately, Blizzard is looking to change that, and have reworked the Delsere's set. In addition to some exciting new changes for Wand of Woh and Explosive Blast, these reworked items all come together to make a brand new build that's both quite strong and a ton of fun to play.
