T3 Entertainment has announced that Hellgate will officially enter closed beta Friday, June 3rd in North America and Europe. Hellgate: London was originally developed by the now defunct Flagship Studios as an action RPG with supported multiplayer options. The game is set 25 years in the future and hell quite literally came to earth. After Flagship went belly up, HanbitSoft acquired the rights to the Hellgate IP and now plan to re-launch it as a free-to-play MMOG under the title of Hellgate.

Hellgate will include the previous Hellgate: London content, the Hellgate: Tokyo expansion and additional content available in both third and first-person perspective. Head over to the official Hellgate website to find out where to get your beta keys and sign up for the first three-day closed beta phase set to begin tomorrow.
