TROLLSHAWS REPUTATION

The Elves of Rivendell have a long and storied tradition of
warfare against the foul servants of the Shadow. For those who share
their ideals, the rewards are great. For those who oppose them, their
vengeance is swift and merciless.

This faction is headquartered within the Last Homely House in
Rivendell, and is one of the three Elven reputation factions that
players must get to Kindred to earn the Ambassador to the Elves
metadeed (the others being the Galadhrim in Lothlorien and the
Malledhrim in Mirkwood).

Earning standing with the Elves of Rivendell is fairly easy.
Humanoid mobs in the Misty Mountains and Eregion drop Elves of
Rivendell rep items, and Goblin-town is perhaps the ultimate
rep-grinding spot for this faction. Dropped items can be exchanged with
Imyl on the main floor of the Homely House - she is the one leaning
against the post which obscures her Rep Vendor icon.

Scholars can craft reputation items for the Elves of
Rivendell. Cachunir, the elf NPC sitting on the bench beside Imyl,
sells the recipes and trades the crafted items for rep. These recipes
use the very-common scholar mats that are not generally used for any
other recipes (Worn Elf-carving, e.g.).

Earning standing with the Elves of Rivendell allows access to
Imlad Gelair and its many splendours. Rombrennil and Atharbain are the
