If you like airships then you'll love the upcoming release on August 27th. It's going to include an airship home, which is genius because by putting the home floating in the air, you allow nearly all of the yard to be customized. It's a really smart idea, honestly, and kind of cool, although inviting someone into your grounded and immobile airship could be a bit odd. This update of the avatar contains a lot of interesting things and a few deadlines to pay attention.

Mostly, the summer sale is about to end in less than a month and you've got about 3 days to merge or split your pledges, before they close the doors to that system. The Obisidian Tower half off sale ends this weekend as well, if you were wanting to pick up the tower for less than $100.

Starr Long wants to host a panel at SXSW, if you're interested in it feel free to vote on the SXSW page. What's fun about the panel is that it goes over open vs. closed development and one thing SotA does (which you can see in these updates of the avatar) is let everyone know literally what they're doing every step of the way. You get a general idea of what everyone is working on, what their thoughts are, and then they ask and ask and ask for feedback to implement it into the game.

There is, like always, more details in the update, which you can read here.
