Blizzard just released information about the latest beta patch.

Latest Patch is Now Available!
The development team has completed another patch for the Open Beta. With this update, the Spirit Healer penalty has been lessened, reagents have been removed from certain spells, and more! You can read the full patch notes here. Thank you for your continued dedication to testing World of Warcraft!
