Can I
buff other players like in EQ1?
WTB SoW! One of the great things about EverQuest I was the ability to
buff anyone and everyone! This isn't really a feature in EQ2. Some
buffs, such as Spirit of Wolf, will indeed work on anyone. Most buffs
are self or group/raid only and won't be usable by anyone you are not
grouped with.
