Matching the ever-growing popularity of PvP in World of Warcraft, Blizzard is making some heady additions to team-based competitive gameplay in the game's next retail expansion, Wrath of the Lich King. Along with vehicular combat and siege warfare in the open-PvP zone of Wintergrasp, two new arenas requiring distinct strategies will be opening up in the cities of Dalaran (Dalaran Arena preview article) and Orgrimmar (Orgrimmar Arena preview article), and the expansion will also offer its own unique D-Day invasion-style "Northrend battleground" as well.
