"Desert of Flames" Collections

Desert of Flames offers a new way to do those
"read-a-page-kill-10-mobs-repeat-ten-times" quests for house item
books. Game Designer Owlchick recently href="http://eqiiforums.station.sony.com/eq2/board/message?board.id=quest&message.id=79594&query.id=99023#M79594">posted
that all the book quests will eventually  be completed DoF
fashion: by binding the missing pages into the tome via a Bookbinder,
such as the one inside the Temple of the Moon in Maj'Dul. The
pre-expansion catalog books can still be completed the traditional way,
but soon all books will be initiated DoF style. Books and pages are
dropped by mobs or found by clicking "hi-lightable" objects throughout
the expansion lands; it's about a half-and-half split. "Found" pages
are no_trade, while "dropped" pages are mostly tradable.

But first, let's take a look at the familiar ground spawns (?'s).
It's hard to get much detail on the rewards, especially since rewards
are liable to be tweaked. What folks are saying on the forums is that
many collections offer platemail items with bonuses to WIS and INT,
with a smattering of jewelry and no medium (leather) armor so far.
Again, just rumors!

Maj'Dul and the Sinking Sands, and our favorite Illusionist brought
back a laundry list of locs. In all honesty, the Maj'Dul "clickable"
