Danny “Ralsu” Gourley thinks Runes of Magic is the
best
free-to-play game available, and the Dual Class System is a big part of
the game’s appeal. Easily dismissed as a gimmick that lets players swap
out classes, careful inspection reveals a system with depth and
strategic value. Ralsu takes a closer look and shares his findings with
Ten Ton Hammer readers:

Of course Frogster couldn’t relay the full depth of the Dual
Class System in the five paragraphs used to describe it on their site,
so I still had a lot to learn when I started playing, and it took a
little trial and error to understand how dual classing affects gear,
skills, talent points, and experience.
