APB (All Points Bulletin) was one of the most talked about MMOGs at E3 this year and MMORPG.com got a chance to preview the game and speak with Real Time Worlds Community Relations Manager, Chris Dye. Chris talked about the gameplay of the game, comparing it to Counter Strike and explained how vehicles worked and how players can customize them for gameplay.

During the preview, it was revealed that the developers want players know who kills them, so they are implementing a music system to allow players to create their own theme that will their victim will hear when killed.

They also wanted players to “know” who killed them. So, they tossed in an in-game music creation tool that lets people quickly compose their own audio “kill songs.” Shoot someone in APB and they’ll hear the song you put together. It’s kind of a signature.

Players can also import music to listen to while they drive around in their vehicles (stolen or not) and if other players have the same song, they will hear it as you ride by. Find out what else is in store for APB here.
