Perfect World Entertainment has posted a new developer diary with Battle of the Immortals Product Manager Jonathan Belliss discussing gear, loot, pets, mounts, and the upcoming Closed Beta, which begins on April 13th. In Battle of the Immortals, monsters won't just drop loot, but they also have a chance to drop themselves, allowing players to obtain them as pets.
