Wizard101 may have become more popular than KingsIsle Entertainment had expected and while that's not a bad thing, it has led to a few problems. So many players are trying to log into the wizard-based online game that it seems to be causing a few technical problems. To help address the long delays associated with logging in due to the high volume of players, KingsIsle Entertainment has temporarily limited the number of players that can log into the game at once. As the issues are resolved, that number will be increased. Login priority will first go to paying customers, followed by the free players.

As many of you are aware, we are currently experiencing some technical difficulties with the Wizard101 game service. As we work through these issues, we are temporarily limiting the number of players who can log into the game at one time. We’ve made this change due to the large number of players trying to log in simultaneously, which has led to noticeable delays when connecting to the game.
