Each week we release updated Tier Lists for Heroes of the Storm and now we're putting the power in the hands of the players to help determine where characters should ultimately rank. We've broken things down into distinct Tiers that represent the overall usefulness of a given Hero in Heroes of the Storm.

  • Tier 1 - Heroes that are first pick. These Heroes, without question, are the backbone of any team due to a combination of abilities and utility.
  • Tier 2 - Second favourite and if Tier 1 Heroes are unavailable. These Heroes are incredibly strong and slightly above the point of balance.
  • Tier 3 - Considered “right” in terms of balance, these Heroes remain strong in the right hands and compliment 'most' team compositions.
  • Tier 4 - Heroes that are good but ones which require teams to form around them or they rely heavily on personal ability over composition.
  • Tier 5 - Considered poor: these Heroes have fallen out of the Meta and are seldom picked or seen.

You can vote once per day using the tools below to help influence where you feel a given Hero should rank overall.

  1. Please note that you must be a logged in user to vote!
  2. Click on the button labeled "Click to Cast Your Vote". This opens up the voting interface.
  3. Heroes will be displayed on the right side of the page, with empty Tier containers to the left.
  4. To place a Hero into one of the available Tiers, left-click on the Hero and drag it into the appropriate Tier.
  5. Placement anywhere within a Tier will contribute directly to the overall ranking for a given Hero, so they can be placed in any order within a Tier.
  6. Once all Heroes have been placed into a Tier, click "Show Community Rank" above the Tier listings, and your vote will be submitted.
  7. You can now view the updated Tier List, and a timer will also display informing you how much time remains until you can cast your next vote.
