Ten Ton Hammer Video of the Day

Now you're playing with power.

Did you grow up playing Nintendo? If you’re like me, you just may be old enough to remember when Nintendo helped revive a struggling game market, launching a new gaming revolution that gave us what we have today. And while Nintendo isn’t sitting on top of the console mountain anymore, they still have a loyal following of fans, fans that when combined with YouTube can, and often does, result in the an epic explosion of awesome. Such is the case with today’s video.

YouTube user The String Player Gamer gathered a collection of music from classic Nintendo games such as Super Mario Bros., Tetris, The Legend of Zelda, and much more and slammed them all together into one epic melody. If you had any Nintendo system growing up, I guarantee you’ll recognize much of the music in this video. Check it out below, but be warned. You will have epic Nintendo themes stuck in your head for the rest of the day.

Did you have one of the many Nintendo systems growing up? I still have a soft spot for the NES and SNES, but what was your favorite?
