This week TenTonHammer looked at veritable ton of cool new stuff. We started off the week with a look at an instance called Grim Batol which will be available once Cataclysm launches next month. We then looked at the lead up to Cataclysm in the game currently with a guide to the second phase of the release event. Also this past week we looked at Rogues in 4.0.1 and provided a primer on how rated battlegrounds will function in Cataclysm.
It was also a huge week for news this past week, and we had it all covered thanks to a brand new staff member here at the WoW TenTonHammer site named Saia. She covered everything that went on including Ghostcrawler becoming a new pet in-game for hunters, new vanity pets, raid icons, interviews, and so much more! Last week we launched a new feature, our WoW Polls. Of course we had to launch with a Cataclysm related topic, so we asked the question: How Will You Obtain Your Copy of Cataclysm? So far it looks like Blizzards new direct download version of the game is way out in the lead, so make sure you get your voice heard and vote now.

With the Cataclysm Beta getting close to wrapping up it is time to make sure we explore all of the remaining new instances in the game. This involves looking all of the new high level five player instance, and this week we look at Grim Batol. This instance is one stepped in lore as it is the ancient home of the Wildhammer Dwarves and has changed hands several times in it's history. With so much history to explore it makes a great instance for this expansion. Join Byron Messiah Mudry as he explores this legendary instance and find out what it's all about.
Rated BGs will require a large amount of coordination and planning for this game's PvP standards. The organizational requirements are closer to that of a raiding guild, in fact. Getting acquainted early with what's involved in the Rated BG system is key to hitting the ground running in December.
