Ice Sheet I (Elyos/Asmodian)	25	Inflicts magical water damage on up to 6 enemies within a radius of the selected spot and reduces their movement speeds for 15Sec. Target: Aera of Effect - Target Area Cast Time: Instant Cooldown: 3 minutes Usage Cost:: MP 154
