Aion begins its two-year anniversary celebration later this month and fans will be treated to a full Double Experience and Double Drops bonus during the two week celebration and a chance at some survey prizes. Former players with their accounts in good standing will be able to return and play for free throughout the event, which is scheduled to run from September 21st to October 5th, 2011.

For every 20 minutes that a character is logged on, they’ll also earn an Ascension Energy Token that can be traded for costumes, fun weapon skins and mystery gifts. Even forum lurkers can pick up some prizes as the crew will be holding contests and giveaways on the forums daily throughout the event.
