Celebrate Halloween in Champions Online with Blood Moon and Double XP Events

Posted Fri, Oct 28, 2011 by Martuk

As Halloween approaches, a Blood Moon once again rises over Millennium City. Takofanes returns to celebrate Halloween in Champions Online and he’s bringing lots of new items and events with him. There are lots of new items waiting to be claimed this year along with a few that will let you become a monster yourself.

What’s a holiday event without a little extra XP? From now through November 1st, players can meet up with Witchcraft in the Millennium City Renaissance Center to get an 8 hour XP boost during the Champions Online Double XP Weekend. When it wears off, just pay Witchcraft another visit to get another XP buff.

Lastly, Cryptic Studios has also unlocked The Master and The Fist premium archetypes through November 3rd for a week-long free trial as part of their Rotation Promotion, so take one out for a trail during this weekend’s Halloween Blood Moon and Double XP festivities in Champion Online.
