Valentine’s Day is next week and City of Heroes is kicking off its holiday events in-game today along with a new Facebook app. The Spring Fling events get underway today with the return of DJ Zero, who will host the Pocket D Jubilee with new holiday missions and special holiday powers. Along with several holiday themed missions and new co-op missions, players will have the option of choosing from four temporary powers that each have their own beneficial effects during the Spring Fling event: Arrow of Romance, Arrow of Jealousy, Dimension Drops and Nectar.

City of Heroes has also launched a new Facebook Valentine's app today that will let you create your own City of Heroes Valentine card to share with friends.
