Diablo IIIs real-money auction house is creating a bit of trouble for Blizzards targeted simultaneous worldwide release for the game. According to The Korean Herald, Blizzards real-money auction house for the game is to blame for it's current snag in Korea and the Game Rating Board committee members are hesitant to grant Diablo III's approval as they view the feature as similar to gambling.
Blizzard resubmitted Diablo III without the Cash-Out feature in December, but has as of yet failed to receive approval. Even with the resubmission, committee members are "still reluctant" to grant its approval. Given that Blizzard has intended to launch with every country getting the same version of the game, a delay in Korea could mean a delay everywhere.
