Last weekend players of the PC-based EVE Online flew their spaceships into battle with the combined forces of players from the PlayStation 3-based MMOFPS DUST 514 in what was dubbed the Battle for Caldari Prime, an event aimed at introducing the two communities to each other through a massive battle across both platforms. Corporations, alliances, and mercenaries across the EVE universe took to the battlefield in both space and the planet below to fight for supremacy.
