EverQuest reached an epic new milestone today with the release of its 20th expansion, Call of the Forsaken. The expansion adds new storyline, new zones, improvements to the mercenary system, and special in-game item rewards. The expansion also brings the opening of the Ethernere, a portal where numerous realities meet. Players will have to trek to West Karana to meet the powerful dragon, Lady Lendiniara. The Ethernere has also appeared in EverQuest II, so who knows what the future holds for Norrath?

SAN DIEGO - Oct. 8, 2013 - Sony Online Entertainment, LLC (SOE) today launched EverQuest®: Call of the Forsaken™, the unprecedented 20th expansion for the massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG), including an all-new featured storyline, new zones to explore, significant enhancements to the game's mercenary system, and special in-game items and rewards.

EverQuest: Call of the Forsaken takes players across the once peaceful plains of West Karana where they must encounter the powerful dragon, Lady Lendiniara.
