Who doesn't love a predator? Both the Assassin and the Ranger are fabulous classes that have definitely had their ups and downs, but continue to be solid classes that offer great utilities and damage potential. Whether you run solo or stick with group gameplay, these specs are a good general build to give you a starting point to customize your own spec.

Assassin

Predator Line (100 pts)

• STR (8, 4, 10, 1, 8)
• AGI (8, 4, 10, 1, 8)
• STA (8, 10, 10)
• WIS (-)
• INT (-)

Assassin Line (100 pts)

Maximizing damage is the goal and you have some options here that will help that. Put the majority of your points into your Bleeding and Tricks lines and drop a few points into Poisons picking up Caltrops, Hemotoxin, Attribute Poison, and Apply Poison. Grab the end abilities for Tricks and Poisons and the SF abilities Swiping Blades, Impaling Stab, Draining Mark, Killing Fury, and Shadow Step.

Assassin Shadows Line (70 pts)

General line fill health and power first unless there is something else you'd really like to use. In the Scout line pick up Quick Strike, Offensive Prowess, and Evasive Maneuvers. In the Predator line, put your points into Insidious Strike, Cut Arteries, Hunter's Accuracy, Critical Master, and Noxious Enfeeblement. In the Assassin line, grab Mark of the Assassin, Crippling Strike, Poison Mastery Stealth Mastery, and Touch of the Nightshade.

Ranger

Predator Line (100 pts)

• STR (4, 8, 10, 1, 8)
• AGI (4, 8, 10, 1, 8)
• STA (-)
• WIS (-)
• INT (4, 8, 10, 1, 8)

Ranger Line (100 pts)

So many options! You really want abilities out of each line focusing on damage, poisons, and ranged abilities. You should be working toward the end abilities for Poisoning, Focusing, and Multishot. For the SF abilities pick Fury of the Archy, Flurry of Arrows, Helpful Winds, Opening Volley, and Arrow Barrage.

Ranger Shadows Line (70 pts)

General line choose health and power unless there is something else you really want. The Scout line you'll want Quick Strike, Offensive Prowess, and Evasive Maneuvers. On the Predator line grab Insidious Strike, Cut Arteries, Hunter's Accuracy, Critical Master, and Noxious Enfeeblement. For the Ranger line, put points into Focused Attacks, Leaping Shadows, Ranged Mastery, and Explosive Arrow.
