The second half of 2011 is shaping up to be a promising time for MMO fans. With Star Wars: The Old Republic and TERA both aiming for a launch before the end of the year, Red 5 Studios CEO Mark "Grummz" Kern confirmed in a forum post via a correction to a recent interview that Firefall will join the 2011 launch list with a December release date.

This is good news for Firefall fans that have been anxiously awaiting the free-to-play game since its announcement at PAX Prime last year.
