Bigpoint to Develop Game of Thrones MMORPG

HBO brought George R.R. Martin’s Game of Thrones from books to television and now Bigpoint is adapting it to the MMO universe. That’s right folks. George R.R. Martin's beloved Game of Thrones has had its HBO series and now Battlestar Galactica Online developer Bigpoint has set their sights on the IP with a planned MMORPG adaptation according to USA Today.

Martin will be working with developers on three planned video games scheduled to release next year, one of which is Bigpoints MMORPG. As with Bigpoint’s other titles, the game will adopt a free-to-play model. Not much else is known about the title currently, so stay tuned and we’ll update you when we have more.

This had better not be in the piece of crap unity engine. Battle star looks really horrible and its pretty bad in general. It had HUGE potential as an mmo.
