Queen’s Jubilee Comes to Guild Wars 2 August 6th

ArenaNet continues its rapid pacing for content releases in Guild Wars 2 (GW2) next month with Queen’s Jubilee. The update features new story events centered on the ten year rule of Queen Jenna. Players can hop a hot air balloon ride to the Krytan capital to attend the Queen’s Jubilee celebration, and maybe even take part in ceremonial combat.

A few other things in the update that players may find interesting include the new Account Wallet, which will allow players to store all of their currencies in one location that can be shared on the account, a solo PvP queue, bonus dungeon rewards, improvements to level of detail scaling, WvW Supply mastery, and more.

You can get an early look at the update in a developer livestream on August 5th and read the update page for a full rundown of the new content. Queen’s Jubilee launches on Tuesday, August 6th.
