Fans have been waiting for confirmation on whether space fighter combat would be a thing in the latest Star Wars Battlefront and they got a hint of that confirmation in the form of a small teaser video this weekend. The short clip is meant to be a snapshot of a more complete announcement presumably to take place at Gamescom this week. 

In the clip waves of fighters can be seen weaving through canyons and going head to head in large scale aerial combat. While no outerspace combat has been revealed, large Star Destroyers can be seen ominously lurking on the background of one of the shots.
