WorthPlaying has come through again with a zone tour trailer for City of Villains. It's possible though unlikely that they were jumping from their garage when they wrote this:

"City of Villains is set in the Rogue Isles, a treacherous region not far from Paragon City. Players can now build their criminal empires and spread their own reign of terror."
