Just before the Leipzig Games Convention, the folks at K2 Network opted to switch their latest MMORPG, Sword of the New World, from a pay-to-play version to a free-to-play system. While it wasn't a huge surprise - the rest of K2's games are free - the developers hadn't yet had time to truly fill out their cash shop. With a few months behind them, K2 has bolstered their Sword cash shop with 30 new items including school costumes, wings and premium-only dungeons.
