Shanghai Daily is reporting that five young men have been jailed for copyright infringement related to an MMORPG. The guilty parties had set up private servers of Priston Tale game client, and are now facing 7 months to 2 years in prison and a civil suit with damages totaling $394,737 USD.

FOUR young men and one juvenile have been jailed for setting up private servers to host an online game and infringing the copyright of the game's owner.

Changning District People's Court sentenced them to between seven months and two years in prison.
