Shanda, the Asian developer who already owns and operates over 20 online games, has announced that they plan to launch 35 more over the next two years. From the press release:
China's leading online game operator Shanda Interactive Entertainment Ltd. (SNDA.NASDAQ) plans to operate 20 new online games in 2008, and 15 more in 2009 and 2010 respectively.
Shanda president Tang Jun noted that operation of new games will help reduce the company's market risks.
