We didn't even know that Autumn was broken.
IGN is reporting that there will be a new Final Fantasy XI update for Autumn. We went AWOL and used our VIP pass to talk to IGN about FFXI on the QT:

"Though the PC and PlayStation 2 versions of Final Fantasy XI were
updated on August 1, the Square Enix development team is already
working on another list of improvements. Expected to be ready for
download before the end of the fall, the new update will boasts several
new additions to the Fellowship system as well as a couple of new areas
to explore. Several other changes are expected to be included, but have
yet to be disclosed."
