Age of Conan Instance Run Video: Sanctum of the Burning Souls

Posted Fri, Jan 25, 2008 by Ethec

At Funcom's Oslo studios last week , we were treated to a never before seen 6-man, level 40 Age of Conan instance called "Sanctum of the Burning Souls." Ten Ton Hammer's Cody Bye ventures into the Sanctum playing one of the game's most anticipated classes, the demonologist, along with other attendees at the recent Age of Conan community gathering, but Funcom has a few surprises in store before these adventurers can topple the Acheronian warlord and claim victory.

The premium version (members only) of this video contains over 10 more minutes of quality in-game video, including mini-bosses, more emote animations, more humor, and more Cody outtakes. If you're not premium, you'll get the encounter, but you won't get the experience. Join today!

Are you a premium member? Don't hit play!
Ten Ton Hammer has a high quality extended cut of this presentation for premium members only. Step right up, you've paid for the seat, but you'll only need the edge! Or if you're not a member? Click here for details!

How does an Age of Conan instance run strike you as distinct from other MMORPGs you've played? Or maybe it doesn't. Or maybe you just want to lay into our ninja-looting managing editor? Let us know in the Ten Ton Hammer forums!

The high-fantasy setting isn't the only thing that would make Game of Thrones a fantastic story-based MMO.
