The Vanguard Players site has been updated with a new walkthrough for the Poison Supply Questline.

Near the northern border of the scorching Qalia desert, lies a valley encroached with vermin known as the Ksaravi. Within the gulch, hordes of these vile creatures congregate as they plan to unleash a wave of destruction on the good people of Khal.
