Joe Iuliani from got a chance to chat with Frank Yang of IGG on the launch of their newest title, Tales of Pirates. Will the casual players be able to stay competitive in Tales of Pirates? Frank Yang: We all know that there are no athletes that can win a competition without any training and exercise. But it’s not all about competition and PVP in TOP.
