Too bad this wasn't the real death and taxes

We are not talking about the grim reaper or the tax collector here, we are talking about the Guild. Death and Taxes has been a hugely successful hard core raiding guild in the past. They have had numerous world first kills as well as a ton of controversy along the way. Alas it seems even the mighty can fall, and it was announced today that they are officially toast.

Warning: There is some strong language there. The story outlines what is all too common in raiding guilds though, at some point they all tend to fall.
