We are not talking about the grim reaper or the tax collector here, we are talking about the Guild. Death and Taxes has been a hugely successful hard core raiding guild in the past. They have had numerous world first kills as well as a ton of controversy along the way. Alas it seems even the mighty can fall, and it was announced today that they are officially toast.
