Atzel's Approach Quest Guide

Atzel's Approach can be reached through a northwestern entrance in Lachish Plains. It is the refuge of Atzel, a bandit foe of King Conan and enemy to the usurping king of Aquilonia. This area is a prime hunting ground for quests around the level range of 60 and up. You may aid many of the inhabitants of this zone with a variety of tasks ranging from collection, delivery, and killing.

Esperan The Zingaran	Esperan (274, 82)	Vaskeque, a hillman of Atzel's approach will send you to speak with his master, a Zingaran named Esperan who is seeking help with tasks in the area.		Coin
The Nemedian Dispatch	Esperan (274, 82)	Esperan will send you to deliver a message to a Nemedian named Kurtz who is seeking help from mercenaries.		Coin
War Standard	Esperan (274, 82)	Esperan has a plan to inflame the conflict between the bandits in Atzel's approach and the troglodytes. You will need slay a few of the new bandit recruits in a nearby camp and then take their battle standard and place it in the troglodyte camp to the west at coordinates 116, 155.
The Mad Diggers Tale	Kurtz Mandros (303, 271)	Kurtz will tell you of an old prophesy foretelling the rise of a great dragon that will lay waste to the land. He will send you to find one of Aztel's bandits named Diol that claims to have been at the birth of the dragon and was driven mad by what he saw. Seek out Diol and hear his tale and report back to Kurtz.
The Stygian Diary	Kurtz Mandros (303, 271)	Kurtz will send you to recover a diary that was once the property of a Stygian in charge of excavations. The pages have come into the possession of the illiterate bandits who now use them for...other things. Retrieve the pages and return them to Kurtz.
Shamanistic Remedies	Hoture (272, 68)	A Stygian trader named Hoture will hire you to collect yellow herbs that are cultivated by the local troglodyte clan to the northwest. Gather the yellow herbs and return them to Hoture.
The Troglodyte Conflict	Esperan (274, 82)	Esperan will enlist your aid to add more fire to the conflict between the troglodytes and the bandits of Aztel. You will need to slay several of the Troglodyte Fighters and burn down several of their dwellings. Be mindful when burning the huts as this will spawn enemies that will attack you.		Coin
Against the Larvae Matrons	Vaskeque (374, 109)	Vaskeque will enlist your aid again to thin the population of Chill Crawlers by slaughtering a few of the Matrons. Make your way back up the mountain and slay 17 of the Matrons and report back to Vaskeque		Coin
Dead Man's Ledger	Servia (375, 108)	Servia needs a ledger her slain father carried before his untimely demise. She wants you to retrieve it from his body in a prison camp to the north.
Revenge Served Cold	Servia (375, 108)	Servia's family was murdered and she wants revenge. You will need to make your way north and slay Lieutenant Eyvie.
Bridge and Blood and Death	Esperan (274, 82)	Esperan wants to move some of Aelfrith's converts and equipment, but in order to do so he needs you to create a diversion by standing on the blood bridge and thinning the ranks of the Aztel Watch Guards. Stand upon the bridge and slay 28 of the Watch and then report your success back to Esperan.
Bloody Ambush	Kurtz Mandros (303, 271)	Kurtz will hire you to ambush a shipment bound for Aztel's fortress. You will need to approach an area in the excavations that will spawn the enemies for this quest.
Crawling From the Depths	Vaskeque (374, 109)	Vaskeque will commission you to slay some of the Chill Crawlers that have recently infested the mountains to the northwest. You will need to return to Vaskeque with several of the heads from the Chill Crawlers and one head of a Matron.		Coin
Wormholes	Vaskeque (374, 109)	Vaskeque will enlist your services to collapse some of the Chill Crawler tunnels to the northwest. Collapse six of the tunnels but beware, they will spawn several crawlers that will attack you each time. Once you have collapsed all six return to Vaskeque with the news.
