First and foremost congratulations on getting to the Stormhold library. I wish I had known you were going, as I have an overdue copy of “The Joys of Gnomes” I need to return. Tensions between the different races of Norrath goes back as far as most people study history, and I understand why you’d be confused. To answer your specific questions though:
