WoW: Preparing to play your Death Knight

With Wrath of the Lich King just around the corner, you may be wondering how you should prepare to play with your Death Knight. If you're interested in taking World of Warcraft's first Hero class all the way to the max level, some preparations in the way of items, equipment, and knowledge will go a long way - this is what this guide is here for!
