Acherus: The Ebon Hold is a new city in World of Warcraft's coming expansion, Wrath of the Lich King. It was once a necropolis that the scourge used to bring war to the eastern plaguelands but now serves as a major hub for both up and coming and seasoned Death Knights. Ebon Hold is much like Moonglade in that it only provides services that are related to Death Knights. However, Ebon Hold does it one better by not allowing entrance to anyone who is not a Death Knight. The flight point doesn’t show up for non-Death Knights and the portal below Ebon Hold doesn’t work unless you’re a Death Knight as well.
