A few weeks ago, the developers at NC NorCal announced that Issue 13 of
their respected

be a bit different than what was originally announced, but
new power sets like Pain Domination and Shield would still be in the
updated version. The Ten Ton Hammer staff recently received
the latest CoH trailer from NCsoft, which highlights the Captain
America-style shield bashing and the slightly exotic "Pain Domination"
