target="_blank">Stargate Worlds has been causing a
lot of buzz around the internet for the past few weeks, and that buzz
is slowly becoming a roar as talk of beta has begun. But space is
limited in beta, and not everyone has had a chance to check out the
game. Worry not, as we here at Ten Ton Hammer have been given leave to
post a few screenshots of the upcoming title for your enjoyment. These
screenshots feature Stargate Command, with which fans of the style="font-style: italic;">SG-1 television
series will be well familiar. These Stargate Worlds screenshots show off the talent of
the artists working on the game as they have recreated the Stargate
Command as a playable area in the game. These shots show the gate room
where a soldier is taking on Ba'al's Jaffa, some hallways, and an
office area in the Stargate Command.
