Walking in Stations (WIS), CCPs bid to breathe life into EVE Online avatars apart from their ships, is one of the longest ongoing expansion projects in the industry, dating from the official reveal at GDC 2006. At FanFest 2008, Senior Technical Producer Torfi Frans Olafsson demoed WIS in real-time for the first time ever, and it was impressive to see how far the project has come from the concept art we saw only a year ago at FanFest '07.
