He's okay, just thrown off a bit.

A 15-year-old boy in Sweden collapsed yesterday, after a roughly 24 hour binge on World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King with several friends. The boy collapsed around 2pm local time with no apparent warning, and started going into convulsions. Doctors say the boy is okay, that his system merely went out of whack due to sleep deprivation and lack of food.

The 15-year-old boy and his friends were playing Wrath of the Lich King when he suffered what appeared to be an epileptic seizure, it was reported today.

“They played all day and all night. Maybe they got a few hours of sleep. They ate a little food and breakfast at their computers,” the boy’s father told the Kvällsposten newspaper in Sweden.

Doctors told the father that his son’s bodily systems had been disrupted by a combination of sleep deprivation, lack of food, and the prolonged period of concentration playing the game.

To be perfectly honest, this series of events doesn't sound very different from what millions of WoW fans probably did the days of and after launch. Have a good (not so) productive weekday, stay up late to get your game, and then be so excited they played all night. The two options at that point were either to call in (and keep playing) or try to trudge through the day as best they could. Almost anyone can pull an all-nighter every once in a while. This boy is simply one of the ones who couldn't do it.
