According to PS3 Fanboy, GameFly (the game rental company) sent out notices that they were removing The Agency from the Playstation 3 GameQ due to the fact that the game had been canceled by the publisher. Luckily a quick call and email exchange with SOE dispelled the rumor of the Agency's demise, so don't be concerned if you get an email from GameFly torching your dreams of playing The Agency. Going straight to the horse, PS3 Fanboy has the SOE reply of "All clear."
