Chaos is still on the move and if you want to keep up with it, you'll need to move forward into Tier 3! Your sacrifice for the Raven God is never ending and here in Talabecland, the heart of the Empire, you'll have to give until it hurts... which is ok, because you're Chaos and chances are, into that kind of thing. With a new artifact to find and new enemies to conquer, there's not much time for sightseeing. So tighten up that armor folks, because with when you drive with the Changer of Ways, the road is always bumpy. Welcome to...

Goblin's Head Coaching Inn

With the Darkfire Scepter found and being personally congratulated by Tchar'zanek himself, you're pretty sure that you've done a good day's work and deserve some time off, maybe hanging with the pleasure Daemonettes of Slanesh in the Inevitable City. Man, those Daemonettes sure know how to party! Alas, that is not to be for you are tasked with continuing the war effort in Talabecland and your first stop is the occupied town of Taalside. Talk to Vul'Toren the Rally Master when you arrive and he'll brief you on what's going down. Of course, because Chaos is the fashionable faction, everyone's new goal in Talabecland is the Corrupter's Crown! It really sets off that Darkflame Scepter you just got Tchar'zanek too!

Ahh, scenic Talabecland in the aut... hey, is that person on fire?!

Storr Hjolm starts off talking about the Corrupter's Crown, of course! He's a bit upset because the crown should've been in Chaos hands by now. Someone must be working to keep the crown from you! The Serpent's Fang Bandits may have something to with it so get some info on them, stat! What you find could make you revisit the old saying "Some stones are better left unturned." While you're out there Storr wants you to pick up some Sigmarite pendants... off the dead bodies of Wavering Sigmarites of course! He has some special plans for them. How special? Think "Chaos" special.

Looking to be the most favored amongst the hordes of Tchar'zanek, Oleif Mundenson has decided to find the Corrupter's Crown himself! It's a great plan actually. So good in fact that it'd be a good idea to take a page from Oleif's book and find it yourself! It won't be easy though and in the end, may require a lot of footwork, but no pain, no gain! Speaking of pain, apparently, some of the Empire's followers have hidden away some food and drink over at the Mud Flats. Looks like if you want to take a lunch break, you know where you need to go now. Finally, Oleif has decided to teach you a lesson on religion. Go burn down some huts, and kill some folk and see if whatever gods they pray to will answer their pleas for help! Your efforts will not be in vain however, for you will learn of an object that could help you find the crown! Oleif has some information on where to get started on your quest to help forward your quest! Sound confusing? Well, no one ever said serving Chaos would make sense.

Chaos is change, and change is beauty! Or so it seems. Everyone seems to have a "tentacle eye for the Chaos guy" and Anselma Selki is no exception! She was promised great power by the Raven God, power that would let her remain beautiful forever! Now she thinks she's found what she's needed to make that promise come true and you're going to help her make it come true! Head to the Mourning Bell and kill a knight who was killed years ago. That must be one tough soldier! Of course, not all of Chaos' creature are as beautiful as Anselma, and for those who have been touched by Tzeentch's hand and refuse to honor him, only death will do! Want to make Tzeentch happy? Who doesn't? Kill a bunch of mutants and you might just please him. How many, you ask? Well, how many can you kill?

Harkon Steinkell the Kill Collector has a powerful thirst and he needs you to help him quench it. There's a special type of wine that is made from the blood of Riptide Monitor lizards. It packs one hell of a wallop and Harkon's looking to celebrate when the Corrupter's Crown is found! Bring him the blood of Riptide Monitor lizards and he'll make it worth your while... if he's still sober when you get there.

Witches Hollow

After you locate a book that will help you locate the crown by locating an evil crypt, you'll head up to Witches Hollow and an A-List of characters will meet and greet you... and then tell you to get off your lazy butt and go do some stuff. This is Team Chaos, baby! No rest for the wicked! You'll find the Corrupter's Crown is all the rage here too, and Arinbjorn the Rally Master is a little more hardcore about getting it. He's talking entire towns being wiped off the map! As if the forces of Order hampering the search for the crown wasn't bad enough, old Bjorn Bulweis the Kill Collector is having problems with the local wildlife. Seems the boars are eating the supplies! I think you have a pretty good idea what needs to be done about that!

Ulmar Ransson has seen the future and it looks bleak if it's not stopped. Seems there's a holy man who's converting people and raising an army of zealots, and not the Chaos kind either! They'll fight without fear of death, and those are the worst kind of foes. What's more, he's converting them at an alarming rate! Pretty soon, they'll overwhelm the camp with sheer numbers alone! Ulmar's plan is to kill the man doing the converting, a sound plan. Since you'll be over in that direction, you might as well kill the Griffon soldiers camped near there and help outfit the Raven Host with their weapons. To paraphrase Marv from Sin City, "That there is one fine looking shield you have on your arm." and not only will you get the gear, but this quest drops you smack dab in the middle of the Knightly Riders Public Quest, so influence is there for the taking!

Holy crap! The rats in this place are HUGE!

Sporting a bit of a grudge, Dellin Franche has a task for you. In his younger years, he was looked over for knighthood because of how he treated some dogs! His brother got the nod, and now he wants his revenge. Kill the whole pack and a few of the trainers. That ought to teach them! Who's going to get your paper and slippers NOW, old man?! HA! Dellin also has an interesting task for you. He's making a little something but it's missing something... something like... a Skaven's tail maybe? That's right! You've been good. You've waited. Now you get to kill SKAVEN! You knew they had to make an appearance sometime, right? The little bastages are EVERYWHERE practically in the world of Warhammer.

Jorana has been waiting for you and the news you bring regarding the Serpent's Fangs comes as no surprise to her. She knows that they must have been manipulated into taking the Corrupter's Crown. Looks like your search is going to take you a little more up close and personal this time. Jorana has another small problem. Seems she's not a powerful enough Magus, and that ticks her off to the Nth degree. You're going to help her get stronger. Why? Because that's what you do, silly! You help people! Normally, help them to get eaten by a demon or to breathe through a new neck hole, but hey, the day's still young! Joranna sends you to harvest a peasant's essence and then to gather some magical items for her. What you find though is far more than what even she had bargained for.

Volgen

So now you've managed to see some Skaven and kill a couple for fun, retrieve a priceless magical artifact that wasn't the Corrupter's Crown, and kill a bunch of born again Sigmarite fanatics. What's left to do? Plenty. After a lengthy jaunt up to Volgen, you'll meet up with Ulvarin the Rally Master who thinks you haven't yet culled the fanatical herd enough yet and thinks you ought to do some more before it's too late and the crown is lost. Rekil Bloodpike the Kill Collector has a different task for you. He thinks you ought to prove yourself by killing something called Faceshredder Bears. Yeaaaaahhh. Anything that had the words "Face" and "Shredder" together in front of it, even if it was "Faceshredder Newts", probably isn't something you want to mess with. However, he'll pay you for them, so GAME ON!

The Corrupter's Crown is the top priority and no one is taking it more seriously than Hrami Lund. The Krueger woman stands between you and the crown (and FINALLY being able to get a little rest... maybe). Hrami thinks the Skaven may be a problem too. He wants you to cull their numbers down to something more manageable and scare the others away. There's a more serious issue at hand it seems. One of the Raven Host has decided to jump sides to the Empire. This is an affront that doesn't get left alone. You're to kill the traitor, and the people he runs with... and you may gain a bit of favor if you complete the task he began.

Down, Fido! Down!

Orn Ferger is well aware of the issues in obtaining the crown, but like all wily old veterans, Orn has a plan. To help set this plan in motion though, he'll need some help from you. The Lady Krueger has a handmaiden who has a taste for the finer things. Finer things that you are going to obtain and then give to her after you kill the necessary creatures of course. It isn't a Chaos plan without a little blood now, is it? While you're out hunting these things, take some time to kill the local bandits. They've interfered with the Raven Host quite enough and as we all know, it's not nice to fool with Mother Tzeentch.

That the Lady Krueger has slipped through the Raven Host's hands this long is aggravating to Cecania. It seems the woman holds sway with the local brigandry who uses dogs to uncover the Raven Host's forces before they can attack. Cecania believes that by removing the dogs and their handlers from the equation, you may have an easier time of getting to Lady Krueger. She also has decided that the spies of the Empire needs to be dealt with. By feeding them some false information, the Empire will believe they have more to worry about than they did before.
