To kick off EQ2’s first birthday, SOE will be giving its loyal followers gifts! On November 9th, in conjunction with live update #16, Sony will have items available for it’s subscribers available to be /claimed. The gift a player receives will depend on how long he/she has been an Everquest 2 subscriber.

Whether you’ve been with us for one day or one year, we’d like to extend a huge “thank you” and present you with some awesome in-game items to mark the occasion.

Your reward is based on the number of days that you’ve been an active EQII subscriber. Here’s a breakdown of the rewards.

SOE has also put together a short video that gives a sneak-peak at the up and coming SOGA models.

This might not seem all that exciting to those of you who have already seen the many screen shots of the SOGA models floating around the net, but the cool thing is that the video shows these new models in motion.



I must admit that I cringed a bit when I saw the dark elf and his botched collagen lip implants. Heh…
