Hello, and welcome to Voodoo Extreme's 2006 Game of the Year Awards. Many of the catagories were voted on by you, the readers. Others, were based on bribes our own selections.

Catagories include: Best Strategy game, best role-playing-game, best first-person-shooter, best action/role-playing-game, best expansion, best multiplayer game, best graphics (technology) and best graphics (art direction). We also have best innovative features, best adventure game, best use of an IP, underdog of the year, best audio, best game no one else liked, publisher of the year, worst game of the year, worst trend of the year, plus of course best console game and the big game of the year winner.
