Elf

by Ralsu

 Beautiful and graceful,
elves are nature-loving people slightly shorter
and lighter than humans. An elf’s elongated and pointy ears make him
easily identifiable in a crowd. Male elves are style="font-weight: bold;">slightly larger than
females. Elven complexions range from pale to nearly jet black
depending on geographical origin.

Elves are found in all human lands, where they are openly welcomed.
Nevertheless, elves do not feel at home among humans because of the
regimented lives humans lead daily and change so drastically every few
years. The elves of Eberron originally were slaves of the giant
kingdoms along with the drow. When all of the elves revolted against
their giant opressors, the elves and drow parted ways. The elves were
content to be free, but the drow wanted revenge.

Adventures and combat

An elf often seeks adventure because of stagnation in her life. A race
that can live over 700 years, elves have ample time to explore the
curiosities in life. Elves are neither rash nor greedy. They gain
perspective from their years of experience. When elven curiosity points
to a goal, elves demonstrate remarkable concentration and persistence.

Classes

The elf’s dexterity
and predilection for archery makes him a solid ranger or rogue, and his
patience
and inquisitiveness lend well to the life of a wizard. His lowered
constitution means he is less resilient as a frontline warrior.
Overall, elves have great success as one of the following classes:
