Sorry to anyone who dislikes the look of the bloodied and stooled Sphincter Tearing Device. I toyed with the ideas of cranks, sprockets, and lots of involved machinery... but ultimately I decided that a proper Death Knight would just rather do the dirty work him or herself.

And yes, these are the kinds of things I get paid to think about. Ain't life grand?
